Hello World - Pwn Sift
August 2, 2026 Joe NewsHi, I’m Joe, and Today i’ll talk & Explain about Pwn Sift but before we jump into the Core Problem i’ll talking about Why i made this in short i made this, lets call Pwn Sift for my Blog, Project and Experimentation as an Example NetHydra.
Q: but why NetHydra redirecting You to Pwn Sift?
This is the main problem: I am developing NetHydra for my own business in my room (I prefer to call it the Lab Room), for example for experimental purposes and so on. However, I am facing serious problems with NetHydra.
BlackTrack and NetHydra
Back in 2023 I am building BlackTrack not BackTrack which BlackTrack itself was inspired By Kali Linux. But why i am not using Kali instead?
Well, I grew up with Kali, especially Legacy Kali which is 2014-Early 2019 then The problem began Modern Kali != with Old Kali There is also OffSec (formerly Offensive Security), which underwent a CEO change that shaped the company into what it is today—a shift that also impacted Kali Linux itself. Anyway, that’s enough; I don’t want to discuss this any further. After all, this is merely my own opinion and how I feel—and, of course, everyone has their own views and opinions.
and that’s why i build BlackTrack. Long story short, let’s say we rebranding BlackTrack to HydraPWK.This is where the new problem began to arise: the direction of the project—originally intended to let me build my own version of an “old-school Kali Linux”—slowly shifted without me even realizing it.
Then continue with NetHydra—And I just realized that many of the decisions I made strayed significantly from the original goal. What I initially built out of what I could call ‘love’—born of necessity—turned into an ‘obligation,’ and that has left me exhausted.
And that is why I founded Pwn Sift.
It is neither an organization nor a community, but rather a space for every project and experiment I create—without any sense of obligation. A plus side is that I will likely conduct a lot of experiments. However, the downside is that development might be slightly slower. This applies to NetHydra as well; there will be many experiments incorporated into it moving forward.
But what I like most is “I build my project exactly the way I want.”
I’ll also be more active here; suffice it to say that all projects are being moved to Pwn Sift—for instance, it is only fitting that NetHydra publishes its releases here.
